The playground features equipment that whimsically reflects the environment in Tucson including a climbing mountain and slide, fun rock formations, cactus spin play, and jumping from rock to rock. All age groups are able to enjoy these paths whether they are just learning to walk or have been doing it for many decades. Interlaced between all the sporting and recreational areas, the hubs serve as spaces for parents, players, viewers, walkers, families, and kids to enjoy the connectivity of the park. The concessions and restrooms also hold economic opportunities, either through The City of Tucson or independent groups or teams. Through this sloped bowl, the public is invited down into a space that feels connected to the park, while being separated from all of the active recreation. Another aspect of the amphitheater is the beautiful natural wildlife that surrounds it. This social life cycle accounts for most of the decisions a person would make during a certain time in their life. This is vital in designing a park for all ages by defining what is important to each person. Through this information, an age mapping, showing the primary user of each program was made to determine how this life cycle can be applied in a park. Represented by the right diagram, one can see the primary user of each space, but it is important to note that that group is not the only user. It also represents how these spaces should be connected based on life information.
